My goal is to increase mass and strength with good definition.
I weigh 198 lbs, height is 5’,10”, age 37, body fat 18-20%, previous workouts 12 years ago (long time I know), current training 8 months, diet is very good; 150-200 grams of protein from whey in between meals of fish, steak, pasta, rice, yogurt, eggs, milk, and plenty of water.
I have used Creatine 300 in 4 week cycles for the past 2 months with 1 week off in between. Results from this have been relatively good with more explosive workouts and extra energy on that final couple of reps. I have also recently added in Animal Pak multi-vitamins and minerals (11 tabs).
I appreciate your advice on the Dbol. Sorry, what is Test E or C, Testoviron ? Would Testoviron 250mg mix well with Dbol, 2 shots a week, perhaps running along with Dbol for 4 weeks only? How long should the cycle on Testoviron last?
