My goal is to bulk, but not at the expense of being 'puffy' with excess water weight. My goal is to keep the same BF% and put on 15-20 lbs max. I will eat for bulk while I'm on, just like I did the first time around. I gained 15lbs of solid mass during my first cycle, but unfortunately got really sick during PCT. I could barely keep anything down for a week and couldn't workout (bad flu). I lost all of my gains from the cycle, but came out a bit more cut than I did going into it. Very frustrating.
I'm hoping for gains I can keep after my next cycle. My PCT may have started a bit too early last time so I'm going to delay that a few days and I'm going to eat even more than I did the first time (although 15lbs on my first cycle - even if it was all lost - was quite impressive). Any other advice you may have to help me retain those gains would be most appreciated.
