My PCT may have started a bit too early last time so I'm going to delay that a few days and I'm going to eat even more than I did the first time (although 15lbs on my first cycle - even if it was all lost - was quite impressive). Any other advice you may have to help me retain those gains would be most appreciated.

Man that sucks.....Getting sick when your test is already down. Sorry to diss you. Cycle does look good. I would also up the sust as well. Good luck!
