been working out off and on since age 16. I'm pretty dedicated right now, obviously more than ever before and have been going steady now for almost 3 years straight, but MOST importantly, my diet is perfect now, and has been for a long time, just looking to finally break the 200lbs mark and hold on to it.
I am not someone who really stores a lot of fat. Even on the worst diets you can think of, my bodyfat has never exceeded approximately 16% give or take .5% Though I will lose a lot of definition if I don't stay strict.
