Cycle update number 4... Day 10 thru 12

So after gaining 7 pounds it is on to back day again... will be interesting to see how the chinups go with that extra weight!

Day 10 BACK

chins - 12, 6, 5, 4 negatives
right now I have the sickest LAT PUMP
1 arm DB row - 70*8, 70*8, 75*6, 75*8 ... much stronger this week
iso pulldown - 70*8, 80*6
BB row(this is relatively fresh to my routine so I expect BIG strength gains quick) - 105*12, 115*10, 125*8, 125*8
deadlift - 145*12, 205*8, 210*6, 210*6, 215*4

after deadlifts I thought I was going to spasm and fall on the floor my lower back was so slammed... that's never happened B4

weigh-in 183+9lbs



Day 11 1 20mg dose in the mng... Rest... well needed as I feel like I am falling apart at the seams!



Day 12... so the labored breathing has come back... I was walking to work and talking on the phone with the Mrs. and I could hardly breathe! I almost feel like panicking at times bc I just feel like I can't get enough O2. It passes and then back on the train... SHOULDERS! boom

seated BB press - 85*13, 120*8, 130*6, 130*6, 135*4, 85*13
I had trouble getting 135 for 1 rep less than a month ago... now I am doing it for 4 on my last working set
OH DB flyes - 15*12, 15*10
side delt DB - 17.5*12, 17.5*12, 17.5*11, 17.5*10 + 10*5
MASSIVE shoulder and trap pumps here
shrugs step in bar/plate upright row superset - 75*12, 90*10 + 25plate*12, 90*8 + 35*10, 95*6+35*10, 95*7+35*10
rear delt DB - 17.5*15, 17.5*12, 20*10, 20*10


weigh-in 185 +11lbs in 12 days


as for sides... nipple tingling is gone (was probably in my head), although I have noticed a loss in libido... and it is a bit more difficult to get an erection, labored breathing and occassional slight disorientation... nothing unmanageable... I may add a day of cardio in as I feel like slob (a strong slob... lol) as I have been doing NONE for months

as for the DBol "well-being"...felt it once or 2X, but overall not really feeling it outside of my workouts, but maybe my dose is just too small at 20mg or I am just too slammed from my workouts... I start 30mg in a couple days
