Whats the deal...
As I look around while at the gym I see the same usual guys that I'm positive are on gear (or have been) and I really never see them do lifts that work certain muscle groups but those muscle groups are still vary large?
Maybe it's because I haven't started my cycle to understand, but these guys come in the gym, I never see them work shoulders but to no surprise they have perfect round bowling ball shoulders. I never see them do shrugs, but they have giant traps. They never do incline bench but their upper chest is still huge. They walk around with huge calfs but I never see them work 'em.
Don't get me wrong, for the 3 consecutive years I've been working out I've made amazing gains that I'm proud of, but I constantly wonder if I'm doing something wrong. It just seems like I'm doing workouts that target a specific muscle group but I never see any of them doing the same, but they look amazing. Does anyone have any input?
