i am supposed to start a cycle with this 2 counpounds, i am supposed tu put my hands on 1 mg IGF1lr3 and 2 mg MGF
i have read the anthony roberts tread about how to use this 2 counpounds in "peptides the next frontier to hypertrophy"
he said that the "magix starts" begin with 80-100mcg igf1 and 200mgf...
he said ti inject Mgf PWO and igf1 1hour PWO...
but i've read that 40-50mcg is better for sides effects (intestin...)
so i like to try at 40-50 mcg igf1 and 100mcg mgf
You guys wrote on this board to inject igf1 every 2nd day and mgf 24 hour before... but i need an example for my cycle, cause the example written was about 2 lagging body parts, and i want to inject in all my body...
i am a medical students... and i really need to understand how igf and mgf drop fat !!?? cause they insuline like....and insuline makes you fat...
this cycle is suposed to drop fat and gain lean mass, but what is the good DIET ???
training =
i train chest and back together, sometimes with shoulders, sometimes shoulders in a single training
arms in 1 training and legs in 1 training
it can be =
D1 = chest-back-shoulders
D2 = legs
D3 = arms
D4 = off
or D1 = chest - back
D2 = legs
D3 = arms
D4 = shoulders
D5 off
or i can putt off days between trainings...
so how i am supposed to inject ??
