why not mgf 24h before a workout and all the time but at lower dose ?
something like 100 mcg 24h before a workout and 40mcg igf1 PWO ?
And why not like anthony roberts said = mgf immediatteli PWO and igf1 1 hour later ?
i just need to understand why...
the gain, with only 200 mcg igf1/week and 400 mgf are decent ? cause i'v heard it need 80-100 igf1 daily.....?
one last question about diet ! must it be 4000 cal a day like when your on steroids ?
