Tighten Chest/Lose fat around Nips
I have to work chest extra hard, as it, for some reason, doesn't come as easy to notice gains like my other muscle groups.
I want to lose some fat around my tits (always have puffy nipples, and little extra fat around tits.. currently taking some Letro to clear up some mild gyno).
Should I lower the weight and up the reps to achieve this goal quicker (maybe 10x10x8?), or just continue doing low reps, heavy weight (5x5x5) and up the cardio a bit?
Any input would be appreciated.
