There have been a lot of guys report better gains with IGF on lower doses than the higher doses they have run previously so there might be some truth to this. Seems with IGF that the saying more is not always best has some bearing with this peptide particularly now that we are using the LR3 version. IGF is still relatively new and little research has been done to date when it comes to use for our purposes in BB'ing so there is still a lot of experimenting being done by guys. I seem to find that 100mcgs injected bilaterally works best for me. I have done lower doses but this level seems to me to get the most out of it for me without showing any detrimental sides.
