decided to add skull crushers back into the routine for some variety
as you guys can see I get stronger every exercise every set every workout... there are NO STEPS BACKWARD like when u are training naturally
weigh-in 190lbs +16lbs in 19 days
I've taken measurements again and taken pictures for comparison... the pics in white are from day1 the pics in black day 19... both COLD and in the evening. Keep in mind I have done ZERO cardio. My entire goal is bulk for this cycle.
