I wanted some sugguestion on my nutrition, supplements and gear.
mon-fri, sometimes sat workout- i alternate lower body one day, them upper body next day, and abs & cardio everyday. ive really upped my cardio!
I also have dance practices 1 or 2 a wk.
Mon-Sat. Lunch:I eat lots of salads, chicken, steak, lots of fruit, no carbonated drinks, all natural fruit juices. Stop eating around 6 pm and go to the gym.
Mon-Sat Breakfast: Natural juice, toast or 100cal yogurt
Sunday: i usually wake up really late and eat brazilian bbq, meat only and fruits.
If i feel i might have slipped or over indulged any day i take a laxative to clean me out. Usually keep between 800-1200 cal / day
You need to increase your cals here..... By keeping your cals this low with the way you work out will surely slow down your metabolism if your body goes into starvation mode. I'd ditch the laxatives too and increase your fiber content with green veggies, apples or prunes to help cleanse your bowels
Supplements: Biotin, Tyrosine, glutamine, Chromium picolonate, CLA tonanlin
Gear: Anavar (when i get my bf% down) Ventolin, I was thinking of adding albutrol, clen makes me sick.
My goal now is to get lean, loose as much fat as possible and drop my bf% asap so i can do a cutting cycle later.
Any suguestions????
