Cool.
Just did higher reps and more cardio. had an amazing chest workout today. i kept loading up more and more on decline bench. went up 25lbs today on it from last week... and im not taking anything! ended up burning out and now my chest is amazingly sore! i love it!
took my last dose of letro today.. so hopefully with more chest workouts like this my chest will look better
