Well i usually have breakfast around 8am then lunch at 11:30 because of me work sche. Dinner around 6pm.... I try not to eat after that but if i do i have a couple oranges or apples... I tend to snack so i chew suger-free gum to curb the cravings.
I dont know what else to do to cut down my bf%.... i take ventolin 1/2 before hitting the gym and t3 50mcg in 2 dosages, one in the morning before wk and one in the even before going to the gym.
