a good diet is the key. You wont get pumps with no motivation and a crappy diet nor with supplements alone. Give the muscle 3-4 days of rest before working it out. Dont overtrain. If you are on a cutting diet you may not have impressive pumps(at lest when I was natural).
I started taking zinc and magnesium pills and i had amazing pumps and rejuvenated my lifting regiment. Get alot of rest and eat lots of healthy carbs. Not to the point of fat weight gain. High reps 8-10 and having good form and contracting the muscle. If you are doing chest and tri dont jump to legs in the same workout session. I dont know why people do things like that.
