HI everyone.
I placed an online order on March 3rd. The site says they shipped my product on March 13th and that delivery time is 21-30 business days.
Well it's now May 2nd and I have not received my order.
I submitted a customer service ticket which took 5 days to be answered and the reply I got was it shipped on March 13. I submitted a new ticket two days ago asking if they have any recent problems with Canadian customs? No Answer.
This may sound like a stupid question but when do I actually declare I've been scammed?
I would post the site I ordered from but I am "not allowed"
