Time for another update. Seeing weight and measurement gains like I have int the past 3 weeks is actually quite frightening for me. As you can see from my pics, my body doesn't look much different in terms of hardness, density and BF%. Let me reiterate, the goal is as much mass as possible. I am also a waterlogged balloon (a strong balloon... lol). No cardio has been done... actually I doubt I could even complete 20minutes of any sort of intensity w/o spasming. I've been cramping a lot, especially when I twist my torso or turn my head, and I do 2 sets of deadlifts and can hardly walk without falling over from the super back pumps. The back pumps are starting to catch me during squats too.... that has never happened b4.
Day 20
I had to join a new gym bc my gym is getting ridiculous in terms of cost 160+/month. SO now I work out in a dungeon. I HATE NEW YORK.

as I walk home I am in so much agony from the deads... I can hardly walk
weigh-in 195.5 21.5lbs in 22 days (that's f'n scary)
side note - my nipples are always so hard and erect after I work out and a couple other times during the day... they aren't really sensitive but man are they hard! I've heard from others that this happens on cycle and it isn't really a symptom of impending gyno, just happens when u are on cycle. I also read that gyno (if it doesn't get to the big lump stage) is self correcting when the testosterone/estrogen levels return to normal. I am still going to stay away from the Nolva until PCT. I have nearly a week left on Dbol 30mg/day and then I am back to 20mg for the last 2 weeks.
