Update...

Day 23...

Today is a scheduled rest day, but I am feeling like a bit of "Flushing" technique. I worked back yesterday, so I am sore. I decide to go to the gym and do some assisted pullups and light cable rows to work the sore muscles... feels damn good to get a pump in a sore muscle. maybe I'm sick. I sit in the sauna and overall turn a scheduled rest day into a light recovery day.



Day 24... onto shoulders
This has become one of my favorite days due to massive strength increases on my seated BB presses... it is more reps with more weight EVERY workout
(just like every other exercise).

seated BB press - 95*12, 135*9,140*7, 145*5, 145*4, 95*12
OH DB flyes - 15*15, 20*10
side delt DB - 20*13, 12, 11, 20*10+12.5*6 (the sickest side delt pump I have ever had... I am in agony)
shrug machine - 90*12, 100*8, 100*8, 110*6
upright rope row for peak contraction - 45*12, 50*10, 55*8, 55*8
rear delt DB - 20*14, 25*10, 25*10, 25*8

I can't even touch my opposing rear delt with my hand at this point.



Day 25... a little note B4 I get to the training. My allergies have been KILLING me, so I can barely breathe as it is. I was walking to work this morning and I nearly passed out bc I couldnt get enough air. My advice... if you are susceptible to panic or panic attacks DO NOT touch Dianabol because with the amount of weight u gain so fast(and increase in blood pressure), there is a good chance you will get caught short of breath at some point. If you can't gain control, you may be in for a problem. Another word of advice... I WOULD NOT take antihistamines if you have allergies and are on DBol. I learned today that Claritin (Loratadine) can raise your blood pressure and make you disoriented (especially Claritin D). These are 2 things that you don't need. Just take extra tissues.

I honestly like the gains I am seeing(although the bloat is definitely there), but as of now, I doubt I will be taking DBol again. It is TOO MUCH weight too fast for me to handle personally and I feel like a balloon with high blood pressure that can't get enough oxygen and cramps a lot. The classic supposed DBol feel good is just not there for me. It is hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like a raging animal and other times I'm just pissed and feel like shiat. Granted I have been eating like an absolute HORSE and doing no cardio. Just thought I'd share the good and bad with you guys.

hammer DB - 45*6, 6, 50*4, 50*4+30*6+25*4+20*4
conc. curl - 25*12, 25*12
icarian preacher - 45*12, 55*8
pressdown (side icarian) - 80*15, 130*12, 150*10, 160*6, 160*6, 80*12
OH DB ext - 55*12, 75*8, 75*8, 75*7, 75*7
kickback - 25*12, 25*10
skull crusher - 60*10, 60*8

weigh-in 195.5 +21.5lbs in 25 days

I gained no weight in the past 3 days, although my strength has still gone up. I am relieved actually. I have 17 days left, so if I can consolidate here and make a push to 200 by the end of the cycle, I will be happy. Remember, I started at 174!
