are you at the bf% that you want to be at? if so, watch what you eat.. i'm guessing you have a diet plan that keeps you at 7%? if you find yourself eating more fats, etc, you know you're going to have a rise in bf.. it's not really about "over eating," but more about eating "sht." "extra" hunger is harder to manage.. that is when you really need to pick your snacks a little bit more careful..
that's assuming you want to stay where you are.....
if you want to boost that bf up, well then, eat like a pig and don't think about it..
