Yep most are just good marketing without benefit. You left creatine off your list of good things. It's actually a decent product for recovery. Test boosters that work will eventually shut you down through the negative feedback of estrogen. I went to a convention in Virgina/Washington DC and they had crawled into the bags of Navy Seals, Marines, and Rangers to see what they were taking. When all the tests were done creatine was the only thing they were taking that helped. Some of them had over 30 bottles of pills, liquids, and powders. That hit me right between the eyes as something I would never forget. It definitely says alot about the claims these companies are making. A good whey concentrate protein, creatine, a multi vitamin, and a multi mineral pretty much covers the bases.
