You want big Lats? This will get them wide and thick.
Do CHINS!!!!!!! Do 50 chins to start off your wrkout. It matters not how many sets but get 50!
Do 4-5 sets of heavy Bent Over Rows!!!!!!!!!
Do 4-5 sets of Seated Close Grip Pully Rows!!!!!!!
6-8 reps on each set except the Chins. Add to your Chins whenever you can!!!!
Behind the back Barbell Shrugs to blast the Traps. 6-8 reps 3 sets.
This sounds simple and basic but if you do it consistently I GUARANTEE you will have a bigger, thicker, wider back!
