Another update... these past few days have been killer in the gym. Something strange, but good has happened. Before this week, my strength was consitnetly increasing workout to workout. I would add 5-10 pounds every set and get it consistently. This week my strength has just EXPLODED. I am finding myself so strong in power exercises that I don't even know what weights to use. My squat went up 30 POUNDS from last workout only 6 days ago, and even 315*6 felt light the other day. I have heard about this acceleration in strength around week 4-5 from some other people. The funny part is that this weight would've crushed me if I tried to get it more than once a month ago. I am so strong that I put on a weight I think I can handle and shoot for 8, and I find myself able to do 15 like it is a warmup. Never have I experienced anything like this.


Day 25 - arms

BB curl - 50*15, 95*9, 8, 100*6, 100*6, 50*12
hammer DB - 45*6, 45*6, 50*4, 50*4+30*6+25*4+20*4
conc. curl - 25*12, 12
icarian preacher (new exercise) - 45*12, 55*8 - killer lower bicep pump
pressdown - 80*15, 130*12, 150*10, 160*, 160*6, 160*6, 80*12 ... I actually had trouble staying flat on the ground bc of the weight pulling me up
OH DB ext - 55*12, 75*8, 75*8, 75*7, 75*7
kickback - 25*12, 25*10
skull crusher EZ bar - 60*10, 8



Day 26 - legs

squat - 185*15, 275*10, 295*8, 295*8, 315*6 (last week 185*15, 245*12, 265*10, 275*8, 285*6)
extension - 9*10, 10, 100*8, 8
iso hack slide - 140*10, 140*10
standing 1 leg hammy - 30*12, 10, 10, 40*6
standing calf -140*12, 140*10, 160*8, 160*8
stiff leg DB deadlift - 55*12



Day 27 - chest
I hate working chest... I can't really find a routine that works and I don't have a spotter... so it is tough to go to failure on BB exercises)

icarian chest press - 100*15, 140*12, 150*12, 160*10, 10
flat DB flyes - 30*10, 30*8, 35*8, 36*6+25*6
incline BB press - 135*10, 140*8, 150*6, 150*6 ...all easy, I never do this exercise and had no clue what weight to use
hi cable flyes/pushup superset - 50*10+18, 50*10+15, 50*8+12, 50*8+8




weigh-in 199 +25lbs in 27 days

I have one day left at 30mg... then back to 20mg for 2 weeks... will be interesting to see if the weight still keeps coming or if I plateau here. My diet has been spot on, so I expect that even if I don't gain any more weight, I'll get a little more dense. I went for a 10 minute jog the other nite... I am an aerobic out of shape mess... lol. My advice... do a little cardio on bulking cycles.
