Stepping up the diet...
So I'm real close to starting a cycle, it's basically just down to when I want to do it within the next few weeks.
Anyway, I decided a week I was going to slowly bring up the calories in my diet from last week's average of 4400 to somewhere near 6000 right before I start the cycle.
Now don't get me wrong, I have had a strict diet for the last two and a half years, nearly at the same times everyday no longer than 3 hours apart, yet I never really exceeded 5,000+ calories on a constant basis.
Let me tell you, these extra 1,600 calories are kicking my ass! Haha I have not felt this consistently full in such a long time, and although it's not such a bad thing, I feel like I am a teenager at Thanksgiving dinner everyday, and it's been forever since I've felt like that.
I didn't slowly adjust myself to the 6,000 and just went right into it with adding more to my meals and it's really kicked me in the behind. I'm thinking about actually waiting 2 weeks of doing this before I start the cycle to adjust.
Anyone else ever encounter anything like this? It's actually kind of interesting the way your body reacts after being on such a diet regimen for so long.
