It's really not that hard, especially if you are already around 4,500 calories. I simply added a bit more of whatever I was eating, for example an extra chicken breast, to all my meals. I also threw in another one of my protein shakes. It's really easy as well when you are awake from 5:30am-11:30pm daily. Plenty of time to eat
