no 245 is my 3 reps for 5 sets, Yea i know everyone here is right, I actually just got back from the store spent 300 dollars on food i know what i need to do now, not that i didnt before but i just thought a cycle would be the quick fix around eating. My next questions is... how important do you guys think it is to have a good leg work out, i know that it raises natural test levels, does anyone else here hate working lower body as much as i do?? i think it could be another reason for my hault in growth.
