I have about 6-7 of them everyday on top of my real food. 1 cup of oats blended first to a powder.
I go through alot of oats lol
I didnt read it anywhere though. just started doing it.
Another thing you could try. Use a can of milk with it. It makes it alittle thicker but just as good. Works out well over 1000 kcals. I wouldnt recommend having 7 of them though. Along with your real food. Thats one hell alot of kcals each day.
