Just some perspective on the problems asscoiated with Dostinex and heart valves. The findings from those studies were from patients being treated with Parkinson's Disease and the problems with cardiac valve problems were noticed in patients who had been taking 3mgs/day or more of Dostinex for a period of 6 months or more. We are only talking about a maximum dose of 1mg at a time or even 1mg split over the course of a week dependant upon what your taking it for so I think we are reasonably assured of being safe from any heart valve issues associated with Dostinex at those doses.
