I'm tired of baking and I've put my little George Foreman through the ringer... pretty soon it's gonna need to be retired before it craps out. I was thinking that I really want to buy a REAL grill/pit this time around but dont know whether I should go regular (the one that uses the brickets), propane, or electric again.
Do you guys have any tips on what to look for when you bought your bbq'ing pits? My only requirements are that it be easy to use (once I almost singed off my eyebrows when I started a charcoal fire.... hey, it was my FIRST time and I used the whole bottle of lighter fluid in one shot.

) and the second requirement... easy to clean.
