I used to hate it but started hitting squats this year, and I'd say my bench was pretty stagnant, but since I started legs and not even focusing on bench it's gone up 40lbs - Just this year! Once you do legs....everything will suddenly get stronger, and you'll start putting on crazy weight, but you've got to commit to filling up the tank each day. Never let yourself get hungry and you will start putting on weight.
