squat (4rep max) 445lbs up to 545lbs (felt strong, so tried 585. did it 2x but stressed my lower back a bit,

so I never went above 545...)
dead lift 385-495 1rp
bench (4rep max) 335-395
shoulder bb press (4rep max) 285-305 ran into some nerve probs that almost wiped out the use of my right shoulder n bicep, so that was the end my progress for shoulders n curls

......been seeing phys therapist but no progress. chiro says it a disc, physician says let's get an MRI. so 1 MRI coming up....soon.
as far as aas went, it was @ 500mg a wk and pct is nolva 40/40/20/20
