I really like charcoal grills, and someone already mentioned that you can buy a chimney for starting the charcoal that doesn't require lighter fluid. I've seen these chimney things at Walmart and I think that is where I got mine. They are cheap, you use newspaper to get the charcoal started, then when the charcoal is white on the surface, you are ready to cook.
I also love firepits that uses wood.
