bench 225-4sets of ten, one week later 225-5 sets of twelve(no spotter).leg extensions 150-sets of eight, 1week later 150 sets of ten. no access to sled/bad back light squats only 135 5 sets of eight. two weeks later 155 5 sets twelve. preacher curl 80 lbs 5 sets of eight- 3weeks later 4 sets 10 then reduce-reduce-reduce to burnout. chincy lat machine numbers are wrong on plates, but i keep adding them till my arm tendons cant handle it.(appartment complex gym+my own freeweights) webcam is blue screening my computer- post pics later
