So I finally found the cure to my allergy ailment this year. Last year flonase did the job, but to no avail this year. CHILDREN's F'N DIMETAPP. Grape flavor... have to drink half the bottle a day, but it actually works. It is an old-school antihistamine with a decongestant... works wonders.

hammer DB - I try to do, but my twinged right shoulder from a few days back starts KILLING me on the first rep... I have had this tenderness b4. Pain in the shoulder and the muscles wont fire. My rotator cuff is inflamed from the twinge... F ME

at this point I fell like I hal-assed it by babying my shoulder... so I finish off with 2 tri-sets skull crusher-pressdown-2 hand kickbak and cable curl-DB curl-reverse EZ bar curl ...there is the PUMP I want!
Day 32...
LEGS are scheduled for today... I am tired, and I know I will need another day to rest my shoulder b4 chest day, so I take today off and hit legs fresh man~ana.
Day 33 LEGS
I feel fresh today and I want to OWN the squat rack... the amount of weight I can hold on my back seems to be the limiting factor more than my legs. I train with no "gear" lol... meaning no belt, no straps, no wraps.
squat - 185*12, 285*11 (feels like I could've done 15 no sweat... why didn't I?), 305*9, 325*7, 325*6 ... I actually thought I was going to faint at this point. I've never fainted (apparently Arnold has dozens of times), but I felt damn close... kinda like I was in a bubble with the lights about to go out.

I don't know if I am going to fall down or what, but I want to get out of there soon so I shortchange my hammy and calf work with a calf /hammy superset.

side note... I've been back at 20 mg down from 30mg for 5 days now and my nipples don't seem to be hard all the time anymore. Maybe just in my head, but they def seem softer. Also I just measured my right cold bicep(flexed) and it is pushing 17 inches. Day 1 it was 15.75, Day 19 - 16.5, Day 33 slightly under 17. I will post complete measurements and pics like I did b4... on day 42 (last day of D-Bol) of the cycle.
