Try Cytogainer. It's by the people who make Muscle Milk, but it contains complex carbs for extra calories. Very little sugar and almost no fat. Tastes like Muscle Milk, but personally I started getting fat on Muscle Milk. Muscle Milk contains a lot of fat that the company claims is good fat, but it still seemed to go straight to my waist. 4 scoops with non-fat milk is over 60 grams of protein and over 600 calories.
