cut out carbs?
im thinking to cut out carbs from some of my meals like after midday cus im gaining weight but i think its most fat cus im having a big stomach right now witch i dont want so if i cutted out the carbs am i going to be able to gain more muscles with just protein intake im i going to loose muscles from my biceps and shoulders and chest ... does it happens when ur not taking enough carbs and what r the best meals to take carbs and prevent having fat i want to keep gaining muscles cus i still have 3 weeks from my cycle but i also want to cut out the fat any help will be aprreciated guys 10x...
