What are your favorite training methods!??!?
I love Super sets Tri Sets and Giant sets!
I love to work chest and back and feel all the blood engourging the upper body with giant sets.
Supersets and Tri sets are great when woking arms. Plenty of blood flow and it feels good to go straight from doing bicep curls then immediately to Tri pushdownds and if dong Tri sets ill add some reverse curls to hit the forearms and secondary stress on the biceps brachilli(the muscle on the side of the Bi.
