that squats are king when trying to build mass or ass...haaaaa! Yes, I have a big fat squatting ass and I don't really need it to be bigger. I still squat, but not every week....about every other. Ya see, I been bbing not trying to be a power lifter and if you know anything about the difference then you'd understand. Trying to keep my waist small and not let my ass get too much bigger. I have no problem with mass on my legs so I don't need to squat every week. I do really like squatting though!
