personally, I think chest/delts/tris and back (including traps, all parts)/bis should be worked out together because these muscles work together. And I would not work out back and legs (the two biggest, strongest parts of your body together). I find if you do deadlifts you will be hitting your legs to a degree too so I put back and legs and opposite ends of the week.
