Shit, honestly right now I feel worse than the "Disco BB'er." My back is all f'ed up... 2 herniated discs once again from SLDL's. Right now the most hardcore lifts are Dips and Pull=ups and any other lift that doesn't push down on the spine.
I miss my deads and squats. I was just getting my strength up in both of 'em and bam, stiff leg DLs popped dem discs again.
