Agree with Paul, its a matter of calories coming in versus calories being burnt. There are no magic formulas for dropping BF, but there are things that can help. Post up your diet and current workout routines and we will take a look and see what we can do for you. Best of luck and don't give up, you can have anything you put your mind to.
