update...
So I don't know if it is the curse of PCT or what, but I do everything PEREFECT on-cycle and it goes fantastic and then during PCT it is like all these gremlins come out... my joints start killing me, my back is killing me on squats... not to mention that I've been sleeping like crap for a week bc my electricity is all f'd up and my dog had diarrhea last night... ok that being said, I also lost my notebook(my entire friggin cycle log) at the gym! I'm glad I kept it here!
Day 52... PCT Day 10
Like I was saying, I need to take it easy on my back this week, so i decide to try going as deep and slow as possible with squats. I'll say, I actually feel like i worked my legs HARDER doing total ass to grass vs conventional... and I also got a great low back pump vs. compression pain. I may just do these from now on and work my weight up.
ass to grass squat - 135*20, 155*12, 155*12
ext. - 110*12, 11, 120*9, 8
hack squat 150*10, 10
seated hammy/calf - same weight as last week
I lost my notebook, so there it is. I can definitely tell I am off... the pumps have faded and I feel like I did b4 the DBol... going to the gym takes all my willpower now for some reason.
Day 53... PCT day 11... scheduled chest day, but I need to rest... gotta listen to the body.
another week and change of PCT... and I will give you guys the post PCT pics... hopefully my training gets back on track, just thought I'd keep you up on the experience
