Diet for Mass?
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to see what you guys thought of the following diet for gaining mass. This is my normal diet day in and day out with minor changes everyday, substitute chicken, with fish, beef, etc.
I'm 28 currently 175 lbs 5' 10
Morning 7:30am
1 cup oatmeal
5 egg whites w/ fat free cheese, wheat germ, and flax seeds
1 slice whole wheat bread with non fat cream cheese
2 teaspoons peanut butter
Protein shake
10:15am
1 can albacore tuna in water
1 slice whole wheat bread
Isopure Mass protein shake
12:30 lunch
Either Chicken breast, or fish 12 oz or so, with steamed vegatables
3:00pm
Protein bar
5pm
1 can albacore tuna in water
1 tbls peanut butter
5:30 gym
after gym protein shake
7-8pm dinner
Chicken, or any type of fish, or extra lean beef w/ vegatables
sometimes another snack at 10pm
oatmeal or more egg whites.
