IMO
you need to eat more, kinda looks like a lean mass diet, which never really works out that great. push your body find out how much calories you can consume before you vomit. when you know your limits you will add the most mass without yo yo ing up and down with ur calorie intake
is the amount you have stated for b/f realistic? i know some ppl have trouble eatin at that time.
but well done for putting this together, its well thought out
