How often do you work out, id recommend for lean mass eating 3500-3700 cals on workout days and 3000-3200 on days off. ur fear of fat may be your downfall in the quest for mass
im eating 6000cals a day, 1000 of which is from burgers. fat is my friend, it helps with strength and makes me feel good on the scales. when i want to lose it i know how
