I work out 5 days a week, for about 1-1:30 hours depending on body part.
Yah I love throwing in burgers for dinner. I get extra lean beef 96% 4% and eat 1 burger with bun and 2 with lettuce, that's about 1k calories.
I guess my main goal is to gain about 15 pounds while on my cycle, and from what I read from you guys the key ingrediant is EAT, EAT, and EAT some more as one person said.
