Hi all im glad to be aboard.i hope u are all ok.Well im 38 male and been training on and off with weights from about 18.I had a big break from training after the wife
having 2 kids(i couldnt hack it ).Well im back now and been training hard again for about 2 years ,at the mo im 5ft 8 ins, 87kg with 10%bmi. Training with a split routine five days a week plus 30 mins cardio at end of each session train (chest ,tris). (back bi,s), (shoulders abbs), (legs) hack squats etc with lower back bent leg dead lifts. well thats it for now u take care
