It's simple math bro..........calories vs. calories out. And it has to be done consistently over a long period of time. This isn't something you can expect to do and accomplish over a couple of weeks and you can't cheat in some McDonalds and candy here and there. It has to be consistent over time.............post up your stats and we can see what we can do to help you out.
