Whats up Im new and could use good advise.
Hello Im pretty new to all of this and looking forward to getting started. I am 28 about 6'0 210 pounds but not a solid 210. I used to be very athletic and all "natural." but after years of working and partying and avoiding the gym. I am not where I want to be. The problem is i have been back in the gym for a while now 1 year+ and it seems like I cant get the results I WANT. So I WILL try something new so here I am. I have a fairly good diet. So i dont need diet tips. I would like to know what i should try that will get me the QUICKEST results. I know there isnt a miricale out there and it takes work and sometimes a boost. I just want someone to help point me down the right road. Any help would be appreciated.
