turn everything on. then walk outside to the unit thingy, and note if the fan is turning. is it not turning, but loud noise coming from unit? if fan is turning, is hot air coming out the top? are there frozen pipes going into it. im trying to prevent you from getting ripped off. print this and check stuff off. then let john-john know.
