Hi guys,
Hazcat recommended I should get a new routine, since i've been using a full body routine (three days a week) for a while now, and feels I should go for a split. My stats and all other info are located in the thread I made regarding my sust/deca cycle, so just check that out if you need anything.
I havent really done these before so I wouldn't honestly know where to start, so I was hoping you guys could perhaps give some advice on what to do for a split?
I thought about doing something like this:
Mon - Chest , Tri's
Tues - Back, Bi's
Wed - Off
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Shoulders, abs
That suites me pretty well and makes sure I get to workout four times a week. I workout from home, so I have limited equipment but because I work from home I find this lifestyle very accomodating, so I'd rather not have to change it.
Do you guys think that looks ok? The only thing i'm unsure of is the number of sets/reps -- mind helping me out with that? The exercises are no problem, I'll make sure I search around for some good lifts to perform.
